On-site Support We believe strongly in having a pro-active and hands on approach. We don’t believe in sitting behind a desk, having little or no face to face interaction. If you have a problem, we prefer and endeavour to be onsite to help you get back up and running as quickly as possible. If we cannot be there quick enough, or if we believe the job can be resolved with a couple of clicks of the mouse, then we have our remote support facility.
